Libercasa is one of the largest websites in english for promoting property in Spain. Beside the basic listing of properties for sale or rent, we offer the following services to make your offer stand out and receive maximum attention from visitors.

1. Homepage Spotlight

Put your listing in the Spotlights on the homepage and other pages that receive many visitors. Homepage Spotlight ads are linked to your property description. See the Spotlight ads on the homepage.

On each page there are 2 or 3 slots for Spotlight ads. Each time a visitor opens the page, the ads to display are chosen at random from the set of active ads. Although we cannot guarantee that your ad will be displayed every time the page is visited, this ensures that each Homepage Spotlight ad is shown an equal number of times.

The cost of putting your listing on the Homepage Spotlight for one month is € 27 / £ 19 (ex vat).


To order a Homepage Spotlight:

  1. Publish your listing on the Libercasa websites
  2. Send the URL of your listing to sales@libercasa.co.uk together with your billing details including your VAT-id if you have a registered business in the EU. Alternatively, call sales at +31-20-3206351
  3. You will receive an order confirmation and an invoice with information about how to pay by credit card and bank transfer.
  4. Once your payment has been received, your Homepage Spotlight will be launched within two business days.

2. Featured Listings

Put your listing in the top position of the search result pages where many more visitors view it. Featured Listings are not only in the top spots on Libercasa UK but on all Libercasa websites.

 

Example 1. If the visitor searches for an apartment in Torrevieja, the first results in the list will be featured listings for apartments in Torrevieja.
Example 2. Whenever few results are available, the Libercasa system displays suggested properties based on the region, pricing and type of property. Featured listings are suggested before other listings.

The cost of making your listing a Featured Listing for one month on all Libercasa websites is € 27 / £ 19 (ex vat).


To order a Featured Listing:

  1. Publish your listing on the Libercasa websites

3. Featured Agency Ads

Do you want to promote your agency and attract visitors to your website? The Featured Agency ads appear on the main pages for your region and link to your website.

 

Two Featured Agency ads appear on each search result page and other important pages in a region. Our inventory per region (e.g. Alicante, Cadiz, …) is limited to four ads each month. When a visitor opens the page, two ads are selected at random. Consequently, each Featured Agency ad appears on at least 50% of all of the main pages and search result pages in a region.

As an additional benefit, Featured Agency ads are selected randomly to appear on the Libercasa homepage whenever there is space available. Libercasa does not guarantee that your ad will appear on the homepage.

The cost of advertising as a Featured Agency on the Libercasa UK website for one month is € 49 / £ 33 (ex vat). Only four advertisers per provincial region are admitted. Long-term contracts are available.
