Libercasa International – the company behind the Libercasa websites – does not sell property. We leave that to the agents that promote property on our websites. We are a small company build of two passions: internet technology and real estate. Our purpose is to generate value for both buyers and sellers in the real estate market by applying internet technologies. Business ModelPromoting property for sale on Libercasa is free. We generate our income by selling additional products to property agents, advertising space for relevant products and services, and providing specialty interactive marketing services to players in the property industry. MilestonesThe Libercasa website was first launched in 2001. Since then, we have grown constantly both in terms of visitors and in terms of number of partner agents. Early 2004, the partnership with SpanishEstate.com ended, and Libercasa International was formally established as a company. By March 2004, the third version of the Libercasa website was launched. Many new features will be added to the sites during the course of 2004 and 2005. Libercasa is now available in several versions: Libercasa International, Libercasa Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium and Holland, Switzerland.
